St. Albert has acted shamefully
regarding the death of his sister. 1) He and his wife Gail have stolen items from the estate contrary to law and contratry to moral principles. 2) He has knowingly allowed Cindy Vetter (his niece) to commit theft of property from the condominium and the plundering of the estate. Harvey and Gail Albrecht had opportunity to take the appropriate action to prevent these actions, but were instead complicit in Cindy's actions. 3) Dwayne's return to Canada was blocked while Dwayne's mother was still alive (but dying) so as to allow the plundering of the estate and theft of property to occur. 4) He prevented Dwayne, his nephew, from attending his mother's side while she was dying. 5) He has made funeral arrangements without consulting Dwayne, his nephew and son of his deceased sister Vi. y McCartney of the law firm McCartney Haynes 6) He has prevented Dwayne from attending his own mother's funeral. 7) He has lied to others saying saying that Dwayne did not want to attend his mother's funeral because he wanted to save money. 8) He moved into his sisters dwelling without notifying or asking permission from Dwayne, who had personal property stored at the condo, and to which Harvey and Gail had no permission to have access to. This is the same Harvey Albrecht who did not attend his brother in law's (his sister Vi's husband) funeral, but opportunistically shows up in Medicine Hat and moves in when he sees an opportunity to take control and take advantage of the situation while his nephew Dwayne was out of the country. murray mccartney haynes cindy wolfer |
